13. Standing or seating with back bent can degrade your look and furthermore cause your back pain and the trouble of digestive system.

14. Do not walk back and forth after the meal as it affects your digestive system. That is it cannot function well in absorbing nutrients.

15. Always knitting your brow is not that good like doing knitting. When you are encountering any tough issue or troublesome, you may find out that you already frown. Keep in mind to avoid this as it causes wrinkles to your face. So when you are facing this, open your eyes wider, smile, and tell yourself to calm down or you will get aging as a result.
